Let’s Make Soup! Cooking Class
Sat Oct 21 1-3pm- $25/person at the Lyons Farmette. Who doesn’t love a good soup? Discover the art of nourishing and satisfying soups while learning time saving strategies for getting a great meal on the table. We’ll cover how to make delicious stock ~ our favorite bone and vegetable broths. Learn how to make a variety of soups ~ brothy, creamy, hearty soups and stews. This will be a special opportunity to hear directly from us about our seasonal inspirations and philosophies and relationships with local producers.
