Each week we craft a new menu featuring ready-to-eat main dishes, sides, and desserts based on the highest quality local and organic ingredients we can find at the moment. This menu is posted and available for ordering in our online store every Thursday- Monday morning at 10am. You may choose each item individually (all options are a la carte) and mix and match in as many quantities as you’d like.
We cook your meals to order, fresh from scratch every week for pick up in Lafayette, Boulder or Longmont on Wednesdays. Currently home delivery is available in the city of Boulder as well. All you do is heat your food at home.

This service is great for busy people who want to eat healthier and more locally but don’t have the time or energy to cook. We always have options for families with special dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and GAPS/ SCD- friendly, and Paleo options. Both Susanna and Chelsea have attended nutrition schools and regularly work with folks with specific diets. Susanna herself eats according to the GAPS diet (similar to the Paleo diet).
All of our ingredients are organic unless noted otherwise with local producers highlighted. We list every single one of our ingredients in the description for every dish in our store and make everything from scratch. All meals are fresh and come with storage and heating instructions. Some meals may be eaten later in the week or frozen, and some will be recommended to eat within two days.
Pick up your order every Wednesday at our kitchen in Lafayette, at the Outlook Hotel in Boulder, or at the TwinFreaks Crossfit Gym in Longmont. Get more details about pick ups on our FAQ page. Home delivery is currently available in Boulder city limits and will begin to phase into different cities in late 2013.
