Day 51 - Healthy & Fit June 19 2015
I crumbled up the ancho burgers with liver and added them in a meal last night. (I had frozen them. They were on the menu a few weeks ago.) We are all eating more healthy. Gradually, my kids are too. They want me to be healthy and fit. They encourage me in my efforts and are willing to join me. I am very blessed. Tonight, Team Chanda Chai is eating the beet soup as our post brew session meal. Can't wait!
