How can I make my brain more open to change? 98% of what you do a day is habit. For me, paying intense attention to what I am doing is very helpful. It provides a lot of relief and allows me to keep functioning at a higher level. This takes practice, but is a valuable skill. In the end, I am finding that #PTSD is a gift.
