Day 108 - Longs Peak Part 2 August 16 2015

Evidently, I exerted myself too much last Sunday while hiking 9 miles up towards Longs Peak. While the trip was amazing and I felt good for about a day and a half, I have been struggling the remainder of the week. While I am bummed, I am trying to remember that this is temporary. One day, I will be able to rejoin my Crossfit tribe and climb 14ers. I can "hang out" and honor where I am and that is okay. It means that I get to focus on yoga and core strengthening and stretching. It is all moving me forward. I am so grateful for my understanding kiddos and my incredible support system. I am very fortunate.
