Day 163 - A Plan to Have a Plan October 10 2015
I live by plans and if a plan changes then I create another plan. The race of life requires a recovery plan just like this article's tips for runners. Applying these suggestions to my personal recovery... 1. Rest is important 2. Vary my activities 3. Keep my environment organized when I feel good 4. Analyze my goals 5. Monitor and listen to my heart 6. Listen to my breathing 7. For emphasis, get plenty of SLEEP! 8. Eat #realfood 9. Be aware of moods, emotions, and thoughts so I can adjust my recovery plan accordingly.
