Santa Rosa Plum and Almond Cake with Cardamom September 01 2016
The plums from Ela Family Farms are amazing! This week we're featuring the Santa Rosa variety, a more classic purple plum with beautiful, juicy, sweet flash and a tart skin that makes the most vibrant color when cooked.
Try out our new cake. It's paleo and Italian inspired with an almond flour base and hint of olive oil flavor (same combo as in our Apple Spice Muffins for those of you familiar) and a little twist of cardamom. So amazing with the plums!
