We roast succulent organic sweet peppers including Carmen peppers from Red Wagon farm and simmer them with organic Red Wagon Farm gold potato, organic onion, organic garlic, a dash of organic red wine vinegar, olive oil and a hint of Savory Spice Shop's sweet smoked paprika**. The we puree until silky smooth.
Quart or Pint. One Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
Freezable in straight-edged mason jars with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container.
