Caribbean Coconut Curry with Lamb OR Chickpeas


Choose from mild and succulent Triple M Bar locally raised lamb or creamy fresh-from-scratch organic chickpeas for a vegetarian version of this refreshing curry.

We simmer the lamb or chickpeas with organic onion, organic cabbage, organic carrot, Savory Spice Shop's cumin, cayenne and allspice, organic coconut milk (guar gum free) for creaminess, organic tomato paste, organic garlic, fresh organic thyme, olive oil and Real sea salt.  

Quart or Pint. One Quart serves 4 with sides. 

Our Ginger Saffron Rice this week or Cilantro Lime White Rice or Cauliflower "Rice" in our frozen options would pair wonderfully with this!
