The secret to this vibrant soup is aromatic fresh organic ginger, szechuan peppercorns and organic garlic to make a lively broth with pH balanced water and New England clam juice. Hints of toasty sesame and salty plum round it off.
We then add wild caught Alaskan cod, organic radish, organic Red Wagon Farm purple turnip, organic cabbage, organic carrot, and organic spinach, organic cilantro, organic Red Wagon Farm lemon basil (so flavorful!), organic green onions, organic unrefined coconut oil, and Real sea salt.
We finish this with a splash of sesame oil, organic coconut aminos, and ume plum vinegar.

Freezable in straight-edged mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
