After braising, we make our soup with beef bone broth and chicken stock plus red wine for a full bodied base to simmer vegetables we've sautéed in olive oil - organic onion, organic carrots, organic tomatoes, organic roasted sweet bell peppers from Red Wagon Farm, organic tomato paste, organic celery, fresh organic thyme and parsley, fresh garlic, Savory Spice Shop's Hungarian paprika, and Real sea salt.
Quart or Pint. One Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
Freezable in straight-sided mason jars (no curved shoulders) with appropriate head room or other freezer safe container. Simply run the frozen jars under warm water to slide out and heat or defrost first in fridge overnight.
