Creamy Pesto Quinoa Veggie Bake


This creamy casserole is real food comfort food! Cheesy and flavorful with bright basil. Please kids and adults and satisfy that mac and cheese kind of craving with some more nourishing ingredients.

We toss organic Colorado grown quinoa with organic broccoli, organic green beans, organic zucchini, and organic tomato with our housemade white pesto cheese sauce we whip up with organic whole milk, organic butter, organic white rice flour, white cheddar cheese (organic as available), organic basil, pecorino cheese, organic lemon juice and zest, olive oil, and Real sea salt.  

Topped with more cheese and baked to perfection.

One Tin serves 3-4 as a main and 4-6 as a side.

Freezes well. Defrost then bake to heat.
