Teaching Amy - A healing journey fueled by real food

Originally, Teaching Amy was about my (BBK delivery woman and bad ass office manager aka BOM) efforts to reach a desired weight by my 44th birthday primarily through eating Back to Basics Kitchen food.  It quickly morphed into a blog recording my journey of recovery from an abusive marriage, Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and migraines.  Nourishing my body with real food has brought healing from the inside out.  This sojourn is connecting me to all that is authentic and possesses true value.
