This time of year we take mild (so delicious, unlike other lamb you've had!) tender lamb from Colorado Triple M Bar Ranch and braise it with organic cauliflower, organic carrots, organic kale, organic winter squash, organic tomato, organic jalapeño, organic onion, organic ginger, organic garlic, fresh squeezed organic lemon juice, a blend of curry spices (coriander, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, anise, cumin, Saigon cinnamon, black pepper, regular yellow mustard, mace and cardamom) from Savory Spice Shop, olive oil, a light chicken stock with filtered water, and Real sea salt.
Organic mint finishes this dish with a bit of cool freshness to contrast the warm spices.
