This combination of floral plum and earthy sesame with beautiful feathery greens is a real treat. And this set up makes greens more convenient to enjoy than ever. Eat your salad on the go or enjoy it leisurely at home.
We start with a base of our housemade ume plum and ginger dressing* then layer hearty yet thin sliced organic carrot and organic radish in it.
Then we top it off with fresh organic Red Wagon Farm arugula for a spicy kick and their super sweet organic spinach to balance it out. The root vegetable layer protects the greens from the dressing until you are ready to drop it all into a bowl and toss.
Olive oil does solidify in refrigerators, so for fastest results take it out of the fridge at least 5 minutes before tossing.
*organic extra virgin olive oil, organic fresh squeezed lime juice, ume plum vinegar, whole fermented ume plums, organic ginger, a splash of sesame oil, Real sea salt.
