After marinating, we braise the beef with beef marrow bones, filtered water, organic chicken backs (to make a more full-bodied stock), and red wine with vegetables we've sauteed in olive oil, organic onion, organic carrots, organic tomatoes, organic roasted sweet bell peppers, organic tomato paste, organic celery, fresh organic thyme and parsley, fresh garlic, Savory Spice Shop's Hungarian paprika, and Real sea salt.
Quart or Pint. One Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
