This slowly cooked soup highlights pastured lamb from Colorado's Triple M Bar Ranch. It's so mild! Not gamey.
We marinate the lamb then we braise it with red wine, our house made chicken stock, organic onion, organic carrots, roasted organic red peppers, organic tomatoes, organic tomato paste, fresh organic thyme, organic parsley, organic garlic, Savory Spice Shop's Hungarian sweet paprika, and Real sea salt.
