Caribbean Coconut Curry with Lamb


Choose from mild and succulent Triple M Bar locally raised lamb or creamy fresh-from-scratch organic chickpeans for a vegetarian version of this refreshing curry.

We simmer mild and succulent  Triple M Bar Colorado raised lamb with organic onion, organic cabbage, organic carrot, Savory Spice Shop's cumin, cayenne and allspice, organic coconut milk (guar gum free) for creaminess, organic tomato paste, organic garlic, fresh organic thyme, olive oil and Real sea salt.  

Quart or Pint. One Quart serves 4 with sides. 

We've got lots of Cilantro Lime Rice for sale in the Frozen Meals which would pair wonderfully with this! Or try it with cauliflower "rice".
