We mix organic kale and a few organic collards (for texture) with non-GMO & free range Colorado eggs, organic sheep's milk feta cheese, fresh organic dill, fresh organic parsley, fresh garlic, nutmeg, zested organic lemon, Real sea salt and our own gluten-free flour mix (tapioca flour, brown and white rice flour, sorghum flour).
Then we pan cook individually in olive oil to get that nice crust for a delicious and hearty vegetable dish.
