We make these with Western Slope Ela Family Farms organic cherries we've preserved from last summer folded into a dough of organic almond flour (we soak and dehydrate the almonds for extra digestibility and crunch), organic coconut flour, organic maple syrup, extra virgin organic coconut oil, local Jodar Farms eggs**, warming Ceylon cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla extract from Savory Spice Shop, almond extract, baking soda, and Real sea salt.
4 Scones per order. These keep for 2 days (or freeze) and are best warmed.They freeze excellently and toast up nicely for a quick treat later.
