So comforting, this is a simple family-pleasing classic.
We thin slice organic yukon gold potatoes from Red Wagon Farm and layer with organic leeks and cover with organic milk, organic pastured cream, organic butter, Real sea salt and a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg and cracked black pepper.
Then we top it with gruyere cheese and bake to a delicious golden brown.
One Tin serves 4-5 as a side. If you're having a lot of sides, each tin will serve more.
