Thanksgiving menu for pick up (or home delivery) Wednesday 11/22.
So comforting, this is a simple family and friend-pleasing classic.
We thin-slice organic gold potatoes (local from Red Wagon Farm as available) and layer with organic leeks and cover with organic milk, organic pastured cream, organic butter, Real sea salt and a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg and cracked black pepper.
Then we top it with gruyere cheese and bake to a delicious golden brown.
One Tin serves 3-4 as a side. The more sides you have, the more it'll serve.
