Colorado Peach and Apple Chutney


It doesn't get much better than Colorado peaches and luckily we've preserved them from this summer to enjoy for the rest of the year. This is one of our favorite ways to sneak peaches into Fall meals.

This sweet and sour sauce of organic Ela Family Farms peaches and organic granny smith apples cooked with Colorado raw unfiltered honey, organic apple cider vinegar, organic raisins, organic mustard seeds, organic red onion, a touch of fresh organic ginger and garlic, and a hint of cayenne. So tasty spooned over our Fall Vegetable Curry!

1 Half Pint ( 1 cup). Serves 8. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. Keeps for at least a couple weeks.

Freezes well in a non-glass container.
