Spinach Frittata with Feta and Sundried Tomatoes


Local Jodar arms eggs are back! Spring is here and the chickens are happily laying. Here's a different version of our popular frittata to celebrate egg season.

A frittata is like a crustless quiche- cheesy, satisfying and delicious! Featuring Jodar Farms eggs**, organic overwintered sweet Red Wagon Farm organic spinach, organic feta cheese, pecorino cheese, organic gold potato, sundried tomatoes (in olive oil), organic whole pastured milk yogurt, organic onion, fresh organic basil, Real sea salt, and olive oil.   

This travels really well for an easy lunch and pairs excellently with our Arugula Salad in a Jar. 

One Tin- Serves 3-4 as a main.
