Please kids and adults and satisfy that mac and cheese kind of craving with some more nourishing, gluten free ingredients.
We toss organic quinoa with our housemade marinara sauce (organic tomato, including local fresh picked tomatoes, organic garlic, organic extra virgin olive oil, and organic local basil, and pink Himalayan sea salt) and stir in organic whole cream and pecorino cheese.
Then we top it with chunks of fresh mozzerella and more fresh basil and bake to perfection.
Freezes well to have on hand.
One Tin serves 3-4 as a main and 4-6 as a side.
