Creamy Pumpkin Lasagna with Greens and Cheese (GF)


Cheesy, gooey homemade Italian style comfort in a casserole. This is a Winter version of our popular Greens and Cheese Lasagna. Featuring a creamy alfredo type sauce infused with luscious Red Wagon Farm pumpkin in place of a red sauce.

 If you're not gluten free- don't fear! The fresh pasta from Cappello's is delicious and holds its texture like a champ. You will not miss the gluten. And if you are gluten free- you won't miss the gluten either!

Easy to freeze for later and quick to heat once defrosted. (And you can freeze in pieces for quick defrosting).

We layer a sauce of Red Wagon Farm organic pumpkin, organic whole milk, Pecorino cheese, organic butter, and white rice flour between sheets of fresh Cappello's grain-free lasagna noodles (almond flour, cage-free eggs, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, sea salt) and a filling of organic ricotta cheese, fresh mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese,  steamed Red Wagon Farm organic kale, fresh organic garlic, organic extra virgin olive oil and Real sea salt.

One Tin serves 3 larger portions or 4 smaller. This is rich! Price per person for 4 servings = $6.24.
