Crispy Cucumber Olive Salad


Cool, crisp and refreshing! With a little tang and a little crunch.

A variety of fresh organic cucumbers with Kalamata and Castelvetrano olives we toss with a dressing of organic white wine vinegar, macerated (a technique to soak onions in vinegar to make them more mild) organic red onion, organic extra virgin olive oil and Real sea salt.  

Quart or Pint.  Pint serves 2-3 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit. Keeps for 2 days.
