This recipe is based on a consistent favorite among family members and clients from our personal chef days. We've kicked it up a notch by using quinoa instead of bread making this a hearty gluten-free alternative with the same bold Fall flavors as your traditional stuffing.
Organic quinoa, housemade organic vegetable stock*, organic raisins, green olives, organic onion, organic celery, organic fresh sage, organic parsley, olive oil, Real sea salt.
Add optional toasted walnuts (that we soak and dehydrate first for optimal digestibility and texture), for extra crunch and richness.
This is vegetarian/vegan. We recommend to mix with delicious turkey drippings for extra flavor if you're ok with animal products.
Also makes a great filling for baked winter squash (acorn, delicata...) at Thanksgiving or for any meal. Freezes excellently so order more to keep on hand.1 Quart or 1 Pint. Quart serves 6 as a side (or more if you have a number of sides). Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
