Garlicky Greens with Optional Cherries, Walnuts and Balsamic


A luxurious way to eat greens! These sweet greens (the cold makes them sweeter!) with tart and tang and the earthy crunch of walnut make these special enough for a memorable meal as well as a delicious cozy night at home.

They are also super versatile and delicious without the extra flavors. I, Susanna, always have them on hand to add to eggs in the morning or quickly through in with sautéed meat or soup at home. 

Organic Red Wagon Farm kale we sauté with fresh organic garlic in olive oil.

We toss with optional toasted walnuts, plump unsweetened organic cherries, and a splash of aged organic balsamic vinegar.
