The secret to this aromatic soup is slowly simmered broth with tender locally raised pork (with conventional feed), fresh spicy organic ginger, and organic garlic in our housemade chicken stock*. It's always all about the stock!
We then add organic radish, organic cabbage, organic carrot, organic basil, organic green onions, our house-rendered pasture raised lard, and Real sea salt. We finish this with a splash of sesame oil and ume plum vinegar (a vinegar with typical tang and an interesting nuanced plum flavor).
1 Quart or 1 Pint. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
*We make all our stocks and stews from scratch using pH balanced filtered water.
Note: We hot pack this item (not can but packed so it does create a seal). It will stay fresh for at least 10 days before you break the seal, then the freshness clock starts ticking as normal.
