You've asked, so we're now offering our special custom gluten free flour blend we use for our chocolate chunk cookies and all our fritters. Now you can use it to make your own delicious gluten free creations!
Our mix is a blend of white rice flour, organic brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch and sorghum flour.
We don't include xanthan gum in the mix, but you may add if your recipe calls for it. We used to use it and over the years have found it to be unnecessary (and of questionable health value) especially in recipes that use eggs.
One Quart / 20 oz. Equal to approximately 4 cups of flour. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
