Moroccan Chickpea Tagine with Apricots


Organic chickpeas, soaked and cooked from scratch, with a blend of spices from Savory Spice including cumin, nutmeg, sea salt, black pepper, ginger, cardamom, mace, Chinese cinnamon, ground allspice, turmeric and saffron.  

We infuse these spices into a saute in olive oil of organic onions, organic garlic, and organic fresh ginger then stew the chickpeas and spices with organic local tomato we've preserved from summer, and organic dried apricots.  We finish this dish with tender organic kale and squeeze of organic lemon juice.
