Thanksgiving Juicy Grassfed Beef Picadillo


Thanksgiving menu for pick up (or home delivery) Wednesday 11/21. 

A little saucy with the tang of tomato, the hint of sweet and spicy cinnamon, the smokiness of paprika, and the earthiness of the beef, this hearty and flavorful dish is one to try. It's become one of our favorites.  

If you're looking for something different at Thanksgiving or just want to have something around when the left overs run out, this is your ticket!

We make this Spanish-style saute with 100% grassfed Lasater Ranch ground beef, organic onion, organic garlic, olives, capers, organic raisins, organic tomato, our house-made chicken stock (made with pH balanced filtered water), olive oil, a splash of white wine, organic cilantro and warm spices including cumin, smoked Spanish paprika and a pinch of cinnamon from Savory Spice Shop.  

Quart or Pint. Quart serves 4 with sides for $5.95 per serving (this is a quart of almost entirely ground beef). Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
