Thanksgiving Juicy Spanish Style Grassfed Beef Picadillo


Thanksgiving menu for pick up (or home delivery) Wednesday 11/23.

A little saucy with the tang of tomato, the hint of sweet and spicy cinnamon, the smokiness of paprika, and the earthiness of the beef, this hearty and flavorful dish is one to try. It's become one of our favorites.  

If you're looking for something different at Thanksgiving or just want to have something around when the left overs run out, this is your ticket!

We make this Spanish-style saute with 100% grassfed Lasater Ranch ground beef, organic onion, organic garlic, olives, capers, organic raisins, organic tomato, our house-made chicken stock (made with Eldorado Springs water), olive oil, a splash of Settembre Cellars wine, organic cilantro and warm spices including cumin, smoked Spanish paprika and a pinch of cinnamon from Savory Spice Shop.  

1 Quart or 1 Pint. Quart serves 4 with sides for $5.95 per serving (this is a quart of almost entirely ground beef). Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.  

This is hot packed so it is sealed to maintain freshness for at least 10 days before opening.

We have white lids with rubber rings that are reusable for this packing so please return both the lid and plastic ring at your earliest convenience (and we can reuse the metal ring as always). Thank you!
