This time of year we take 100% grassfed Colorado ground beef from Sun Prairie Ranch and braise it with organic carrot, organic cauliflower, organic onion, organic ginger, organic garlic, fresh squeezed organic lemon juice, a Madras Curry blend from Savory Spice Shop (coriander, cumin, black pepper, regular yellow mustard, turmeric, ginger and curry leaves), olive oil, and Real sea salt.
Fresh organic cilantro finishes this dish with a lovely coolness to contrast the warm spices. Delicious with our Cilantro Rice!
