Featuring our own house-cured corn beef! (And cabbage! We don't have a photo of this meal yet).
We brine 100% grassfed Colorado beef brisket with salt, spices from Savory Spice Shop including allspice, black pepper, juniper berries, mustard seed, coriander, cardamom, bay, clove, ginger, and cinnamon for 5 days. Because we do not add nitrates our beef is not a bright pink color like some corned beef is - and it's delicious!
Then we tossed this beef with a saute of organic cabbage in olive oil flavored with a splash of organic apple cider vinegar and Himalayan pink sea salt.
A classic, delicious combo that really highlights the flavor of the beef.
Frozen Pint. Defrost then quickly sautee this dish to heat and serve.
