Featuring Lasater Ranch 100% grass fed beef ribeye steak we sear and toss with a quick saute of organic broccoli, organic carrot, organic green beans, organic cauliflower, organic onion, organic radish, organic garlic and Real sea salt sauteed in olive oil.

We finish this with a pinch of fresh organic lemon zest, a splash of aged organic sherry vinegar, a dab of organic mustard (mustard seed, organic apple cider vinegar, sea salt) and fresh parsley. Crisp, tender and delicious!
