Grassfed Ribeye Steak with Tangy Chimichurri Sauce


This classic Argentinean bright and tangy Chimchurri sauce is a perfect complement to earthy, melt in your mouth seared meat. We're featuring super flavorful 100% grassfed beef ribeye from Lasater Ranch that we sear in a piping hot skillet with Real sea salt and olive oil until medium rare- medium before slicing.  

Steak, it's what's for dinner, lunch or breakfast (we love it with eggs)!

Finished with a side of our housemade Chimichurri sauce of Red Wagon Farm organic thyme, organic oregano, organic parsley, organic fresh garlic, organic sherry vinegar,  organic extra virgin olive oil, and Real sea salt.

Full is One Pound of meat per order, Half is 8 oz (half pound).  A Full serves 3-4 people with sides.
