We simmer organic chicken in our rich housemade chicken stock* with local non-GMO eggs, organic onion, organic cauliflower, organic lemon juice we've freshly squeezed, organic thyme, olive oil and Real sea salt.
Traditionally this recipe includes pasta or rice. Though we make our version with cauliflower "rice," we suggest you add your own pasta if you like.
For a hearty meal we like to enjoy with some warm Ponjoo (cheese bread).
1 Quart or 1 Pint. Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
This is hot packed and vacuum sealed to maintain freshness for at least 10 days before opening.
We have white lids with rubber rings that are reusable so please return both the lid and plastic ring at your earliest convenience (and we can reuse the metal ring as always). Thank you!
