Greens with Toasted Pine Nuts and Raisins


A luxurious way to eat your greens! Sweet raisins, crunchy earthy toasted pine nuts, and savory garlic make these special enough for your holiday gatherings or a cozy night at home.

Organic kale and organic collard greens as available, sliced and lightly sautéd with fresh organic garlic in olive oil. We toss with roasted caramelized onion, toasted pine nuts, and plump organic raisins to finish. It takes over 2 lbs of greens to make one quart! See photo of Susanna below.
