Sweet onions and the tang and caramel flavor from the vinegar make these turkey burgers special and satisfying and help keep them tender. No dried out burgers here.
We mix organic ground turkey from Foster Farms with roasted organic sweet onions, organic aged Reserve balsamic vinegar, organic parsley, organic Oxford Gardens rosemary, organic lemon zest and Real sea salt. Then we pan cooked each of these individually in olive oil.
Four Burgers per Full, Two Burgers per Half order. Freezes excellently.
