Crisp Latin Summer Vegetable Skillet


A delicious way to make your own tacos or fajitas, or just eat as is!

We are lucky to have Red Wagon Farms Organic summer squash, sweet pepper, cabbage, carrots, green beans and onion for this colorful veggie dish this week. We cook this all local vegetable bounty up with a splash of fresh squeezed (by us) organic lime juice, Mexican oregano from Savory Spice Shop,  olive oil and Real sea salt.  Finished with fresh organic scallion. 

1 Quart or 1 Pint. One Quart serves 6 as a side. Pint serves 3. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
