Kale with Garlic & Optional Toasted Pine Nuts and Raisins


A luxurious way to eat greens! Sweet raisins, crunchy earthy toasted pine nuts, and savory garlic make these special enough for a memorable meal as well as a delicious relaxing night at home. This is a preview of one of our Thanksgiving menu items, too.

They are also super versatile and delicious without the pine nuts and raisins. I, Susanna, always have them on hand to add to eggs in the morning or quickly through in with sautéed meat or soup at home. 

Featuring Full Circle Farm organic curly green kale we sauté with fresh garlic in olive oil.

We toss with optional toasted pine nuts, and plump organic raisins to finish.

It takes over 2 lbs of greens to make one quart! See photo of Susanna below.

Quart or Pint. One Quart serves 6-8 as a side. The Pint serves 3-4. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
