Roasted Winter Squash with Herb Crust & Optional Parmesan


Roasted wedges of Red Wagon Farm organic sweet dumpling and/or butternut squash as available topped with an irresistible medley of fresh organic thyme, organic parsley, organic lemon zest, organic garlic, organic extra virgin olive oil and Real sea salt.  

Add optional baked shredded parmesan for a delicious crust.

This dish includes the skins of the squash, which is not only nutritious, but beautiful and tasty!
