We make our own fresh curry paste for this soup that features locally raised pork, organic Red Wagon Farm carrots and daikon radish, organic cabbage, and Red Wagon Organic Farm tatsoi (a lovely mild Asian green) in a light, kaffir lime type curried broth made with our housemade chicken stock**.
This stew gets a medium spicy kick from red chiles and organic jalapeños as well as organic ginger, organic onion, organic turmeric, Kaffir lime leaves, organic basil, lemongrass, organic cilantro, Real sea salt and organic virgin coconut oil.
