We've based this recipe on a traditional Thai salad called Laab. Thai food is known for its vibrant flavors, and this dish is no different. We cook humanely raised local pork (supplemented with convention feed) with Real sea salt in lard, stir in pulsed organic cauliflower and thin slices of organic red onion and organic cabbage, then infuse with freshly squeezed organic lime juice and a dab of fish sauce.
We finish it all with organic fresh cilantro and refreshing organic mint.
