The Best Tuna Salad with Housemade Pickles and Dill


This is not your typical tuna salad.

It's got a bit of tang and spice from our own pickled cucumbers and some bite from organic radish balanced with just the right amount of creamy mayo and bright dill. Bursting with flavor!

Wild caught (with pole and line) tuna fish we toss with our housemade olive oil mayonnaise*, crunchy organic daikon radish, pickled organic cucumbers  (with white vinegar, organic garlic, organic Isabelle Farm dill seed), organic celery, organic fresh dill, organic red onion, organic parsley, fresh squeezed (by us) organic lemon juice, and Real sea salt.  

We love it for lunch over a bed of salad greens or on your favorite bread - or straight out of the jar!

*We make our mayonnaise with olive oil, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic mustard (mustard seed, organic raw apple cider vinegar, sea salt), organic fresh squeezed lemon, and organic eggs. 

Note: our mayonnaise is traditionally made with raw egg.
