Wild Salmon Bake with Pomegranate Citrus Glaze


Wild Sockeye salmon filets from Wild Alaska Salmon (direct from Matt the fisherman!) baked in our delicious yet simple glaze of fresh squeezed organic Valencia orange juice and zest, organic pomegranate molasses (pure pomegranate concentrate), organic garlic, organic ginger, hibiscus flower, organic extra virgin olive oil and Real sea salt.  

Enjoy with this week's Arugula Salad for a great meal!

Choose from two sizes- Full: Four 4-oz servings (one pound) or Half: Two 4-oz servings (half pound). Choice of cooked or uncooked.  

If you choose to order them uncooked, plan on cooking them within 24 hours for best results. 

Cooked fish may be frozen to enjoy later.
