Italian Meatball and Vegetable Soup


Our take on meatballs is grain and dairy free- locally raised 100% grassfed Lassater Ranch beef and a fine puree of organic onion, organic carrot, organic  kale, organic garlic, organic red wine vinegar, olive oil and Real sea salt. 

We simmer the meatballs in our rich housemade chicken stock* with organic Red Wagon Farms cabbage and hakuri turnips, organic onions, organic carrot, organic celery, organic local tomatoes, organic lemon juice we've freshly squeezed, organic thyme and oregano, olive oil and Real sea salt. 

Add your own pasta if you like. For a hearty meal we like to add Cappello's gluten-free fettuccine cut into pieces in the last 30 seconds of heating the soup and enjoy with some warm Ponjoo (cheese bread). 

1 Quart or 1 Pint.  1 Quart serves 2-3 as a main or 4 as a side. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.

Choose meatballs only to make your own dishes! 9 meatballs per order (3 meatballs per person makes a nice serving).

 *We make our chicken stock with organic and locally raised chicken and Eldorado Springs water.
