It's pepper time! The peppers have been loving this latest heat, so we're celebrating peppers as we move into the first days of Fall... soon the fresh peppers will dwindle.

We saute their sweet peppers (Red Carmen, gold bell, purple and green bell) with their yellow onion and a few of the last(!) summer squash with their fresh organic basil, fragrant dried oregano, fresh organic garlic, freshly squeezed organic lemon juice, olive oil and Real sea salt.
OPTIONAL- Add tender brined organic chicken for a veggie and meat saute.
These veggies are also delicious alongside our Triple Mustard Pork Loin.
1 Quart or 1 Pint. One Quart of veggies serves 6 as a side- $3.49 per serving. (Pint serves 3). Chicken version serves 3-4 as a main per Quart. Price includes $1.25 jar deposit.
Freezes fine but it's best texture-wise when its fresh.
