Lime Marinated Flank Steak and Vegetable Skillet


Bursting with juicy grass fed beef flavor. Paired with fresh vegetables and lime juice it's a nice balance of earthy and bright. 

We marinate the flank steak overnight in lime juice, salt and olive oil to make it tender and flavorful.

Featuring Sangres Best 100% grass fed Colorado flank steak we sear and toss with a quick saute of organic sweet pepper, organic carrot, organic green beans, organic cabbage, organic onion, organic garlic and sea salt sauteed in olive oil.

We finish this with a pinch of fresh organic lime zest and juice for that extra pop.
