Arugula and Spinach Salad with Fennel and Orange


Greens more convenient than ever. Eat your salad on the go or enjoy it leisurely at home.  

We start with a base of our housemade Orange Dressing* then layer hearty yet thin sliced organic fennel, organic radish, and organic carrot on top of it. Then we top it off with fresh spicy organic arugula and organic baby spinach.  The vegetable layer protects the greens from the dressing until you are ready to drop it all into a bowl and toss.

Olive oil does solidify in refrigerators so for fastest results take it out of the fridge at least 5 minutes before tossing.

*organic extra virgin olive oil, organic fresh squeezed lemon juice, organic fresh squeezed orange juice, Real sea salt.

Quart or Pint. Quart serves 2-3, Pint serves one, heartily, or two as a side.
